We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise (non-coffee) items that are returned to us, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase date.

For all coffee-related refunds, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be more than happy to organize either sending out more coffee or work with you for a solution.
